Collection includes: two business cards (one signed), a photo, and an envelope of Bennett Young, Commander in Chief of the United Confederate Veterans; a business card of J. Coleman Gardner of Springfield, Missouri; a 7 June 1924 invitation to the dedication of the Jefferson Davis Memorial Obelisk in Fairview, Kentucky; and a card describing transportation to the event. According to the invitation, the Jefferson Davis Monument measured 351 feet high and was the "second highest monument in the world," and the "highest concrete monument in the world."
